6. Oceania:

  - Visa-free: Citizens of New Zealand.  

Turkey Visa from Dominica

People from the Dominican Republic must acquire a visa in order to travel to Turkey. The e-Visa system has made it easier for Dominicans and citizens of over 100 other countries to apply for a short-stay visa in Turkey. The Turkey e-Visa is an official document provided by the government allowing access to Turkey.
